Got the idea while watching 'Who Framed Roger Rabbit' her body shape is based off of Jessica Rabbit...
Inked with micron
colored with red and blue copics >w<// white water color pencil and white acrylic paint.

wings, and back ground in first 2 pics where done with brushes from one of these sites o-o;;

Well unless your doing a Story a name is Irrelevant.
I say you do a White Background with some fancy Texture or Painted thing behind it. Even if you just put a soft brush outline around it.

most any art store should sell them, or if you ask them really nicely they may order them for you... if not you could try online... however their already fairly expensive as is and getting them offline would only make them more expensive ><;;
